About the GIIPM

MBA Industry Integrated (MBA II).  MBA II program is affiliated to MD University Rohtak & approved by UGC, Ministry of HRD. It is more application oriented and provides practical exposure to the students with classroom theoretical knowledge of business and industry. The program methodology significantly differs from the traditional course method. The program blends ‘Industry Exposure’ with ‘Academic Knowledge’. MBA II benefits fresh graduates with little or no knowledge of business world to understand their skill-sets, learn industry working methods and accommodate the expectations of the industry besides laying a concrete academic foundation in all domains of management and knowledge which continues to be a enabling factor in their career progression.

Through the programme the student undergoes On The Job Training(OJT) from second semester to fourth semester. By the end of the programme the student gets a regular management degree of MBA and also has valuable industry exposure / experience. Upon successful completion of MBA (Industry Integrated) programme, students have an edge over the students of traditional MBA programs.
Most of our students start getting training stipend from the industries where they undergo On The Job Training(OJT) merely after one or two Semester of Training. Substantial number of students even gets absorbed in the Companies where they undergo On The Job Training(OJT), a fact which underlines the significance of uniqueness of MBA II in meeting industry expectations and aspirations of students

Post Graduate Diploma in Planning & Management (PGDPM).  The two-year full time PGDPM program is designed to prepare the future managers and make student achieve further distinction in their preparedness to face complexities of Global Business Challenges to cross culture management. It also brings future managers abreast with latest developments and studies in the field of Business management.
